Casa Generosa
Casa Generosa is a complete rural house with capacity for five people that is offered in the modality of integral rent (the whole house), allowing its occupants to enjoy the rural tourism in Llanes and surroundings. As the house is rented in its entirety, it has the following distribution:
First floor. Dining room, a cozy living room with fireplace and TV and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, hot water kettle, mixer, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, tv, …).
Second floor. It has two exterior double rooms with bathroom integrated in the room. They have a double bed. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and with products of maximum quality and the rooms present a warm and cozy decoration.
Third floor. On this floor you will find the jewel of the house, a third double and attic room with complete bathroom and a reading room that invites you to relax.
The house is equipped with central heating and hot water and has all the necessary utensils for your stay. All the interior walls are painted in colours that combine with the stone and the rustic style of the house.
Outside there is a terrace with garden tables and chairs and views of the Sierra del Cuera as well as the house.
As the house is rented in its entirety, it is closed so that guests can enjoy greater tranquillity during their stay.
As part of the essence of rural tourism and by having the owners of a livestock, customers can learn first hand the agricultural and livestock and the youngest can enjoy the animals on the farm.
