At the moment of confirmation of the reservation a 50% of the total of the stay is requested as an advance payment.

Minimum reservation in low season of 2 nights. Other options on request.
No pets allowed.

Reservation conditions.

• • Accommodation is paid on arrival together with the delivery of the keys.
  • The cleaning of the lodgings corresponds to the clients during their stay.
  • Tenants are responsible for damage to furniture.

• The heating is put from October to May.

We do not accept pets.

The reservation will be effective until 20:00 h. on the day scheduled for occupation, no show, without a prior call later arrival, would also be reason for the total loss of the deposit.

With the payment of the deposit and receipt of the reservation confirmation, these conditions are considered read and accepted.

Cancellation policy:

In order to cancel a reservation you must notify the house in writing, either by email (info@casagenerosa.com) or by fax to 985 41 11 14.

Only in this way will your reservation be considered cancelled, having the right to the total or partial refund of your reservation according to the following scale:
– If the cancellation is communicated more than fifteen days in advance, the establishment will return the amount received as a reservation.
– If the cancellation is communicated to the establishment more than seven and less than fifteen days prior to the date indicated for occupation, the establishment will retain 50% of the amount of the deposit.
– If the cancellation is communicated within the seven days prior to the one indicated for the occupation, the amount received as a deposit will remain at the disposal of the establishment.
– The reservation will be effective until 20:00 h. of the day foreseen for the occupation, the not presentation, without a previous call of later arrival, would also be reason for the total loss of the deposit.
